Detailed review of Tiimo app

I signed up for the 14-day free trial of the Tiimo app, focusing on its Routine Builder and Flexible Planning Tool. The initial setup was straightforward on my Android device; I was able to customize my daily routine with various activities and custom icons fairly quickly. The visual timer feature worked well, providing clear prompts and progress bars, which kept me focused during tasks. I particularly liked the Daily Overview, which gave a clear picture of my day. Delivery of the service, being an app, was immediate upon download. I did have a question about integrating with my Google Calendar, and customer support was responsive within a few hours via email, providing clear instructions. The app performed consistently, and I noticed a definite improvement in managing my time. The only minor hiccup was finding the specific setting for calendar integration, but support clarified it. Overall, a solid tool for routine management.

Useful but some minor points

I tried out the Tiimo app, specifically using it as a Habit Tracker and Time Blocking Tool. It's definitely useful for building routines, and I found the visual cues helpful for staying on task. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I liked that it had a Focus Mode, which is a big plus. The annual subscription offered good value compared to monthly. However, I did find that the activity library, while extensive, sometimes lacked very specific icons I was looking for, so I had to use more generic ones. Also, setting up recurring tasks could be a little less intuitive. Overall, it's a strong tool for neurodivergent individuals, and it did help me stay more organized.

My daily life is better!

I absolutely love the Tiimo app! I tried the ADHD Planner and it changed my mornings completely. The routine builder is fantastic and the visual timer keeps me on track without feeling stressed. I actually get things done now! It syncs with my watch too, which is super convenient. I'm definitely keeping my subscription and telling everyone about this. It's a game changer!

Helped with my tasks

So, I decided to try Tiimo out. I got the iOS Planner and it was pretty easy to get started. I used it mostly as a Task Manager to keep track of my to-do list. The color-coded schedule was a nice touch, made everything look less overwhelming. It's definitely helped me remember what I needed to do each day. Felt pretty good about it.

How do promo codes work? Like, where do you even type them in?

M Mark 4 weeks ago
If you sign up on their website, it's usually part of the checkout process. If you're doing it through the app, sometimes there's a section in settings under 'subscription' or 'redeem code'.

Yeah, I used one in the app once. It was in the settings menu, pretty easy to find once you're poking around in there.

Does Tiimo integrate with Google Calendar? I need all my stuff in one place.

L Linda Harris 3 weeks ago
Yeah, it syncs with Google Calendar. You can pull events from your GCal into Tiimo to plan your day around them.

It does! I have my work meetings from Google Calendar show up in Tiimo, so I can schedule my tasks around them easily. It's not a two-way sync, but it pulls them in.

Can I use this on my Apple Watch? Like, will it show my schedule there?

D Danielle Robinson 1 month ago
Yep! Tiimo totally has an Apple Watch app. It shows your current activity and next up, which is super handy.

The watch app is great, especially for the visual timer. I use it all the time to stay on track without having to pull out my phone.

Hey, wondering about the student discount. Is it a big percentage off or just a little bit? And how do you even prove you're a student?

J John Wilson 3 weeks ago
I think it's a pretty decent discount, like maybe 30% or something? I remember seeing it mentioned. You usually have to verify through a student email or something like UNiDAYS.

Yeah, I used the student discount last year. It was a good chunk off the annual plan. They just needed my university email to confirm it, pretty straightforward.

Does anyone know if they ever do a lifetime deal? I hate subscriptions but this app looks really promising.

I Ian T. 2 weeks ago
They have offered lifetime deals in the past, usually during special events or sales. Keep an eye out around Black Friday or Neurodiversity Month, that's when I saw one pop up once.

I bought a lifetime plan like two years ago! They definitely do them, but they're not always available. You just have to be patient and wait for it to be announced, usually by email or on their social media.
